I’m here to define and communicate your value in a way that aligns with your customer’s deepest frustrations and desires — while interrupting familiar patterns to help you stand out.
It’s lucky then, that I’m fueled by a deep curiosity about people: why they do what they do and like what they like. Even luckier, I grew up in a multicultural family in Singapore, making me a natural codeswitcher. I am hardwired to see the invisible cues and dynamics people use to connect and belong.
Before starting Family Style, I honed my skills as a strategy consultant at IBM, then built and led a customer experience function at a fast-growing data and digital media consultancy. I draw on this strategic foundation and my anthropological instincts to help me uncover how people create identity —and how companies can co-create these identities with them.
